SPIDER DIFF

This part is inserted in a differential system and four axle pins.
In the each pin, it is assembled with the side gear and the pinion which can rotate mutually on the corner.
It is forged from Scr420H or SCM420H.
After machining process, a carburizing heat treatment should be applied for a high hardness surfaces(HRc60), then grinding and lubrite surface treatment should be proceeded.
It requires delicate machining tolerance, form tolerance and stable carburizing heat treatment technology.
