CONNECTOR

This part is the LOWER ARM part of the FRONT SUSPENSION.
It connects the KNUCKLE and the MEMBER to support the weight of vehicle. It goes to direct with safety.
It is proceeded with forging process using carbon steel, surface treatment, and then proceeded with machining process.
Each part consists of three-dimensional features, and the ball joints demand an accurate quality control.
In addition, we forwarded 1 million connectors with zero defect from March 2000 to November 2003.
We are still producing and forwarding connectors with zero defects.
